The well holds its bitcoin instead of pouring it away. It compounds as BTC goes up, and every bit of profit from $TBW is sent straight back into the same wallet. The only direction the balance moves is down the shaft.

ok so I am new here. what even are bitcoins and how do I get one of these addresses
Bitcoins are a new kind of money. They aren't created or controlled by a government, they're created and controlled by anybody who wants to be part of the Bitcoin payment network. Visit bitcoin.org for all the geeky details.
Download and install a wallet from bitcoin.org. At the top of its main window it will show you Your Bitcoin Address. Paste that into the well above.
Send them to the well and they'll be added to the balance. It may take up to 30 minutes for a donation to show up above.
No catch. The well does not pour. It holds, it compounds, and the $TBW profits go in on top of it.

For anyone who wasn't around: in 2010 Gavin Andresen put up The Bitcoin Faucet and handed five free bitcoins to anyone who asked, because almost nobody had any yet. It is one of the most famous pages in Bitcoin's history, and it is where a lot of people got their first coin.
Thousands of coins went out of that tap and never came back. This page keeps the same layout, the same form, the same captcha โ and inverts the idea. The tap is welded shut and the shaft goes down instead.
The coin that fills the well. Solana, pump.fun, no presale, no allocation. Everything the token earns goes into the bitcoin wallet above and stays there.
